We are so much more than we have been led to believe, and sometimes letting go of old programs can be hard! We go through life not having the time or knowledge of how to process everything, which often leads to blocks that makes the journey of awakening so much more difficult.
Sometimes, we all wish we just had guidance, a place or being to get answers from. And the beautiful thing is, we all have that! Each of us has acess to divine wisdom, be it from our Higher Self, Guides, Angels, etc.
My goal is to guide you within yourself to find answers and advise, help you remove blocks, and allow you to find the guidance and healing you need in a way that is deeply personal.

Contrary to what most of us have been told, healing is not limited to taking pills, surgery, or even extreme diet changes. I work with the belief that everything is energy -- everything from our bodies, to emotions, trauma, and even dis-ease.
Sometimes, we get a buildup of negative, energetic "garbage" that creates imbalance, pain, depression, illness, allergies, phobias, habits, and much more.
To start reversing this dis-ease, we simply need to "take out the trash!" I work with different modalities to help you discover where and what kind of energies are keeping you from reaching your full potential, and subsequently release them and replace with healing energy -- healing all the way from the deepest root cause.

I had my very first BQH session with Brynna and it was fantastic! In the session I experienced 4 moments from earlier in this lifetime that addressed 2 different problems I have in my life. Brynna guided me through this and helped me let go of the trauma this situations had caused me. I also had one past life experience which I entered in a difficult way but Brynna skillfully guided me through this experience as well. I now understand why I think and feel a certain way about a specific topic in is lifetime. It was really helpful and a breathtaking experience to say the least!

I had a wonderful experience with Brynna doing a past life regression. I was super excited to try it as its been something I've wanted to do my whole life. Brynna was fantastic. At first, it was a little tricky for me to fully drop into parts of the experience, I have done hypnosis before and I had a similar experience where I would say I'm not 'easily hypnotized' in the sense that sometimes I wouldn't get anything visual or I would come to a blank space. Brynna was absolutely amazing at recognizing when I had 'hit a wall'. She was able to expertly guide me in ways where I was able to then drop in. I'm not sure exactly how to explain it, but she just knew when to take me to a different place and how to get me into a deeper state of relaxation and hypnosis. She was very patient and took her time. We successfully were able to go into multiple past lives, and she guided me really well as again as I wasn't getting anything that was super intensely visual. She knew just the right questions to ask without creating suggestions. Eventually the further that we got into hypnosis the more visual aspects I was able to receive and experience. I did have certain visions that were very strong, certain things that came up which I just had a sense of strong knowing was accurate. It was a wonderful experience which I was able to reflect on for a few days afterwards, I found that there were certain things in my life where I could create actual links between the experiences that I had in the past life regression and things that are prominent in my life today. In the past life regression we were able to heal the wounded parts of my past self, which was a really beautiful and enriching experience. Everything was also recorded so I'm able to play it back at any point.
